The employers helpline is principally for the benefit of employers. We recommend that employees seeking free advice should contact either Citizens Advice or Acas. Unlike Citizens Advice or Acas we only offer advice to employers and business owners. Our HR advice is focused on the employer covering a number of key issues such as making redundancies, transfer of undertakings (TUPE), ET3 forms, employment tribunals, disciplinaries, contracts of employment, staff handbooks, employment advice on human resources policies & procedures as well as other HR advice related issues. Due to varying call volumes to the employers helpline we offer a call back service at peak times and may have to limit the use of the service to repeat callers.
