Running any business can be a challenge especially when monetary constraints do not allow for in-house human resources departments or expensive by the hour Employment Law lawyers to help keep abreast of constant changes in Employment Law. No matter how big or small the query EmployerAdvice.org.uk is on hand to give advice on a range of issues from TUPE problems or making redundancies to handling poor staff performance.
We are a free to Employers telephone based Employment Law Advisory service. We endeavour to answer your query successfully over the telephone. Some employer issues may seem minor yet if not dealt with quickly and within the law there could be a risk of legal action. In cases where the correct procedures have not been followed and documentation out of date or non-existent we may offer free place-of-work consultations through our panel of Employment Law experts.
Our principle role is to offer Employer's free advice to overcome the Employers initial query. We recognise that keeping abreast of constantly changing Employment Law rules and regulations is a headache for many business owners and for that reason we recommend employers partner with ongoing support advocates which we have UK wide.
