Unlike Citizens Advice or Acas we only offer advice to employers and business owners. Our HR advice is focused on the employer covering a number of key issues such as making redundancies, transfer of undertakings (TUPE), ET3 forms, employment tribunals, disciplinaries, contracts of employment, staff handbooks, employment advice on human resources policies & procedures as well as other HR advice related issues. Due to varying call volumes to the employers helpline we offer a call back service at peak times and may have to limit the use of the service to repeat callers.
